Sales Managers with prior experience in IT staffing / consulting companies. These positions will be based in our Raleigh, NC office. We are seeking sales professionals with strong work ethic and results orientation. You should have between 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience. You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and establishing new and existing business relationships to sell and market our Information Technology services which include short and long-term contract assignments. Qualifications: * Team Player * Be highly motivated, energetic, disciplined, ambitious and results oriented. * Prefer two years of Sales or Account Management or Customer Service experience. * Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain professional relationships with client managers and senior executives. * Must have a proven track record of lead generation, opening new accounts, and management of ongoing client relationships. * Comfortable making cold calls * Never say die attitude * Excellent communication skills both spoken and written. * Good presentation skills. * Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration or equivalent.
