Sales Managers with prior experience in IT staffing / consulting companies.

These positions will be based in our Raleigh, NC office.

We are seeking sales professionals with strong work ethic and results orientation. You should have between 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.

You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and establishing new and existing business relationships to sell and market our Information

Technology services which include short and long-term contract assignments.

Qualifications:

* Team Player
* Be highly motivated, energetic, disciplined, ambitious and results oriented.
* Prefer two years of Sales or Account Management or Customer Service experience.
* Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain professional relationships with client managers and

senior executives.
* Must have a proven track record of lead generation, opening new accounts, and management of ongoing client relationships.
* Comfortable making cold calls
* Never say die attitude
* Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
* Good presentation skills.
* Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration or equivalent.

IT Manager

Plan, initiate and manage IT projects in one or more of the technologies ERP/CRM, Oracle Applications, Siebel, SAP, ABAP, People Soft; Data Staging, Web Logic, Web Sphere, JBoss, Clear Case, Rational Suite, Clear Quest, System Administration, Server Admin, Application Admin, Infrastructure Management Methodologies, UNIX, UML, Design Patterns, Windows Server, Windows NT/ XP/Vista, Linux.

Applicants need experience in analyzing, designing and development of relevant combination of skills specified in each position. For the following positions Sr. Software Engineer, Sr. Software Developer, Sr. Application Developer, Sr. Systems Analyst and IT Manager we prefer a MS degree in computer science, engineering (any), Math or a related field and 12 mnts of relevant industry experience. We will consider applicants with a bachelor’s degree plus 5 yrs of significant industry experience for these positions. For all other positions we will consider applicants with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering (any), Math or a related field and 2 yrs of significant industry experience.

Basic Job Function:
Analyze Science, Engineering, Business and other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems.
Analyze user requirements, procedures, problems and system controls.
